Forte Healthcare at the IVBA Conference 2026
On Friday 24th April, Forte Healthcare attended the IVBA Conference 2026, bringing together veterinary professionals with a shared interest in behaviour and animal welfare.
Representing Forte, Dr Lucy Chadwick, Global Partnerships Manager & Head of Technical Services, and Natasha Gleeson, Territory Manager, joined a strong programme of speakers and attendees, with a particular focus on senior pets and the evolving role of behaviour in supporting ageing animals.
The conference featured insightful presentations from leading experts including Dr Helen Zulch (University of Lincoln) and Dr Hannah Capon (Canine Arthritis Management). Their sessions explored the relationship between behaviour, mobility and overall quality of life in older pets, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to care.
As pets live longer, understanding behavioural changes and their link to physical health is becoming increasingly important within veterinary practice. Events such as the IVBA Conference provide valuable opportunities to stay connected with the latest thinking, share knowledge and support best practice across the industry.
At Forte Healthcare, we are committed to supporting veterinary professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to improve animal health and welfare. Attending events like this ensures we remain engaged with developments in behaviour and senior pet care, and continue to support our customers in delivering the best possible outcomes.
