From 21st to 23rd April, the Forte Healthcare Sales and Technical teams came together in Edinburgh for a three-day strategy meeting held at the Apex Hotel. The session brought colleagues from across the business together to reflect, collaborate and align on the priorities that will shape the months ahead.

The meeting provided an opportunity to review performance from the first quarter of the year, share insights from across both teams and build a clear, unified approach for Q2 and beyond. Through a series of focused discussions and collaborative planning sessions, the team worked to ensure alignment on key objectives and reinforce a consistent, high-quality approach across all areas of the business.
