RICHARD YOUNG

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Richard is the Managing Director of Forte Healthcare and is primarily located at its headquarters near Dublin. He also travels frequently to regional offices in the UK, Poland, and Europe.

Richard has a wealth of experience in all sectors of the animal health industry having been on the boards of multinational veterinary pharmaceutical companies, in addition to establishing multiple animal health companies.

Tony joined Forte Healthcare in July 2023 as COO. He brings with him 20+ years of broad management experience working in senior commercial roles in the distribution and retail sectors across SMEs and multinational companies throughout Ireland and the UK.

Tony lives in Dublin with his wife Maria, three teenage children and the boss, Harriet a Yorkshire Terrier. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and playing tennis and golf.

GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER & HEAD OF TECHNICAL SERVICES

Lucy manages our global partnerships and also leads our technical team. She is based at our head office near Dublin. She is a veterinary surgeon and marketer, with many years’ experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry in the UK and Ireland.

She lives in Dublin with her husband James (also a vet) and their beloved Border Terriers – Poirot & Colonel.

VETERINARY & REGULATORY AFFAIRS ADVISOR

Ian joined Forte Healthcare in April 2022 and is based in our head office near Dublin. He is a veterinary surgeon with 12 years’ experience in private practice.

Ian has recently moved back to the family farm in Cavan with his wife Aisling and their dog. In his spare time, Ian can be found treading the boards in various dramatic and musical productions.

VETERINARY ADVISOR – UK

Sarah re-joined Forte Healthcare in Sept 2024. She has worked as a small animal and mixed animal vet in various locations, but most recently in North Wales where she now lives. She previously worked for Forte in sales and then as a veterinary advisor. She left Forte in 2017 to undertake a PhD at Harper Adams University, where she researched the effects that antioxidants have (and in particular, selenium) on broiler performance.

She is currently pet-less but is hoping to change that very soon once she has settled into her new role.

EQUINE NUTRITIONAL MANAGER

Kirsty recently joined Forte Healthcare in May 2021, having spent the last 5 years’ working in the equine nutritional industry, and previously as a lead equine nurse at one of Ireland’s largest equine referral hospitals.

Kirsty brings a unique combination of equine veterinary and nutritional understanding, as well as practical horsemanship, to the team. She also worked in racing for several years and even tried her hand at racing having held her amateur license. Kirsty’s downtime is looking after her family and their animals. Along with her husband and daughter they have two horses in training and hope they hit the winners enclosure very soon! When not working and minding their daughter, Kirsty can be found down in the yard looking after and retraining her ex racehorse, Enniskillen, with whom she hopes to be out and about competing on very soon.

Mosun has over 12 years’ experience working in finance and accounts. Mosun is happily married with wonderful children and, in her spare time, enjoys listening to inspirational audiobooks.

Fiona joined the Forte Healthcare team in 2018 having previously worked over 10 years in an accountancy practice in Dublin. She is a qualified chartered accountant and works in our accounts department at our head office in City North Business Campus, Co. Meath.

Fiona lives in the wee county Louth with her GAA mad husband and three young daughters. In her free time she loves meeting up with friends, visiting new places, going for the odd jog and especially walks on the beach. She is currently trying to persuade her husband they need a family dog!

Suzanne joined the Forte team in January 2023 and is based in the Accounts department at Forte’s headquarters in Stamullen, Co. Meath.

Katie joined Forte Healthcare in May 2025. She brings many years of experience in accounts, having held a variety of roles across the sector. In addition, she has a strong background in the horse racing industry, having worked with several trainers over the years.

Based locally in Navan, Katie enjoys playing golf in her spare time and is a regular at her local club, Royal Tara.

Conor joins Forte Healthcare with over 15 years of experience in marketing, scaling brands and driving growth across B2C, B2B and international markets. He worked in a variety of marketing roles for both human and animal health and nutrition companies. He has proven success in launching new products, building high-performing teams and delivering multi-channel go-to-market strategies. He looks forward to helping develop the marketing function and supporting Forte’s ambitious growth plans.

Helga joined Forte Healthcare in July 2021. Having previously worked with some of the world’s biggest FMCG companies including Pernod Ricard, Unilever, and Anheuser-Busch across the food, drink, and personal-care industries,

she brings a wealth of new marketing and digital processes to the team and will help shape the digital ambitions of Forte Healthcare. A passionate foodie, forager, and animal enthusiast, when not working at Forte Helga enjoys cooking and eating with friends and family and looking after her cat, Titus, and horse, Slaney Earl Star, in the East Meath/ Dublin area.

Leona joined Forte Healthcare in August 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in marketing coordination and campaign delivery across diverse sectors. In her role at Forte, she supports the marketing team with events, campaigns, and the promotion of Forte’s product range

Outside of work, Leona enjoys spending time with her husband and children, often building Lego creations together. She has also recently taken up playing social camogie with her local GAA club.

Natalie joined Forte Healthcare in December 2025 as Sales & Marketing Executive for ARKequine and the Small Pets division. She has over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing across Liverpool, London and Ireland, and brings a strategic, practical approach to building strong commercial relationships and delivering results.

A lifelong animal lover originally from Liverpool, Natalie owns her own horses and runs a pony party business.

Marcus joined Forte Healthcare Ltd in October 2018. Since graduating from Harper Adams University, Marcus has held various senior roles in sales and business development in the agriculture and animal health sectors.

Based in Northern Ireland, Marcus is passionate about rural farming and enjoys keeping beef livestock at his home in Newry.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – UK

Mark joined Forte in the summer of 2022. He has been involved in Sales, Business Unit Management, Commercial Operations, and key account management for a number of businesses. These have included Pig genetics, Veterinary businesses, and Pharma companies.

He joined the industry in the early 90s after gaining a degree in Agricultural Business Management from Wye College London. Mark enjoys getting involved in his customers’ businesses and trying to add value where possible. He is very much a believer in behaving as if you are going to do business with someone for the next five years, not just the next 5 months.

When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and watching most sports. His wife and three daughters provide him with a long list of DIY jobs to do! When time permits he enjoys making his own cider from apples collected locally. He also produces a quality home-brewed ale from an old family recipe.

Barbara joined Forte Healthcare in August 2019, bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from a variety of roles across several pharmaceutical companies. She is responsible for overseeing Scotland, as well as managing the teams across the North of England, West Midlands and Wales.

Based in Stirlingshire with her family, Barbara is passionate about building strong customer relationships and supporting her team to deliver exceptional service across their regions. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she enjoys the variety that comes with management and working closely with both customers and colleagues across the UK.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SOUTH OF ENGLAND

Katie joined Forte Healthcare in May 2023 and since graduating with a degree in Equine Sports Science has worked in veterinary pharmaceutical animal health for 14 years. She is responsible for the East Midlands & Anglia, as well as managing the teams in South Central, South East & London and South West of England and the Channel Islands.

Based in Leicestershire, Katie is the proud owner of two lurchers, Macy and Daphne. She is a keen event rider currently competing at BE novice level and in her downtime enjoys holidaying and running the occasional half marathon for charity.

TERRITORY MANAGER WALES & MARKETING CAMPAIGN LIAISON

Jen joined the team in March 2020 and is the Territory Manager for Wales, Cheshire and Liverpool. In addition to this role, Jen is also the marketing campaign liaison for the UK and ROI. Jen lives in North Wales with her fiancé and two cheeky Middle Eastern street dogs she rescued in the UAE.

Jen studied and worked with horses from a young age and has travelled around the world working in a number of different equine industries, collecting animals and a wealth of experience along the way. Jen is passionate about supporting British farming & animal health and has a love of all things outdoors.

EMMA JOHN

TERRITORY MANAGER – NORTH OF ENGLAND & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Emma joined the Forte Healthcare team in 2022 and looks after the North of England as well as key accounts. With many years’ experience in animal care, she brings not just a wealth of knowledge, but also a genuine passion for supporting clients.

Emma has spent her entire working career in a variety of roles within the Animal Healthcare sector, predominantly within Animal Health Education. This has provided Emma with a range of experiences with companion animals, farm animals, and equine.

Emma lives in Northumberland with her husband, two daughters, rescue dog, and tortoise. In her spare time, she is either looking after her two horses, playing netball for her team in the Northumberland Netball League, or hiking and has completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks, National 3 peaks, and the Ring of Steall.

TERRITORY MANAGER WEST MIDLANDS & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Sam is responsible for the West Midlands and managing key account customers for the UK team. He joined Forte in July 2023 and brings with him over 13 years’ of connections and experience in the animal health industry. He is looking forward to contributing to the future success of Forte.

Sam lives in the Shropshire countryside with his wife, daughter, cats and dog.

TERRITORY MANAGER – SOUTH CENTRAL

Micky joined Forte Healthcare in July 2023 and has spent a decade working in the Animal Healthcare industry in both marketing and account management positions.

He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife, has a keen interest in football (and would prefer not to mention the team by name), and enjoys keeping fit in the gym and spending time renovating his 1960s home.

Victoria joined Forte in June 2024 as a Territory Manager for the South East and has over 17 years of Territory Management experience in the Animal Health industry.

Victoria lives in a small village in Suffolk with her husband, 6-year-old twins, two Boston Terriers, and a family pony. In her spare time, apart from being a busy Mum, she enjoys spending family time outdoors and exploring the Suffolk Countryside.

Jennifer joined Forte Healthcare in February 2025 as Territory Manager for the South London & South East, bringing over 10 years of experience in veterinary and animal health. She has held senior roles in operations and business development, driving growth in veterinary practices and wildlife parks while ensuring top-tier care and efficiency.

With 18 years in customer-facing roles, Jennifer is highly client-focused and dedicated to excellence. She holds a degree in Zoology and a qualification in Veterinary Physiotherapy. Based in Kent, Jennifer lives with her fiancé and their Cavapoo, Otis. In her free time, she enjoys socialising with friends and exploring the Kent countryside on long walks.

TERRITORY MANAGER – SOUTH WEST ENGLAND AND CHANNEL ISLANDS

Emily joins Forte Healthcare with a strong background in mixed veterinary practice management, bringing extensive experience supporting the operational and commercial side of veterinary businesses. Having worked closely with clinical teams, suppliers, and practice leadership, she understands the day-to-day challenges practices face and the importance of efficient systems and strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Emily has a long-standing connection to the agricultural industry, having milked cows for many years and still doing the odd bit of relief milking for fun! She owns three horses, is currently producing her own youngster, and is also training for her first half marathon.

KAY STEVENSON

TERRITORY MANAGER – NORTH CENTRAL ENGLAND

Kay joined Forte Healthcare in July 2026 to develop a brand-new Territory Manager position covering Preston to Hull. She brings over 30 years of experience in the veterinary industry, having started her career as a Veterinary Nurse before progressing to Head Nurse, Practice Manager and, more recently, the animal health pharmaceutical sector.

Kay lives just north of Sheffield with her partner, daughter, crazy Labrador Bailey and an unexpected addition to the family, Danny the Shih Tzu cross. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, musicals with her daughter, comedy gigs and spending as much time outdoors as possible with family and friends.

Cian joined Forte Healthcare in February 2019. Cian lives in County Tipperary and is the Regional Sales Manager for Ireland.

Cian is an enthusiastic person and believes developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything, both professionally and personally. In his spare time, Cian is an avid GAA fan especially hurling and loves following his local team, Nenagh Eire Og.

Laura recently joined Forte Healthcare in June 2021 as the small animal Territory Manager for Ireland, having spent the last 8 years working in the UK within the veterinary pharmaceutical and animal health industry.

Laura finally decided ‘home is where the heart is’ and relocated back to Cork where she grew up! Laura’s passion outside of work is her horses, which has seen her breeding, training, and competing horses since a young age. When not in the saddle, Laura will turn her hand to anything outdoors, adrenaline fueled and action packed.

TERRITORY MANAGER – NORTHERN IRELAND

Hugh has been involved in sales and regional management in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry since the mid 1980s after gaining an MSc in Applied Biology from London University. He has worked for a number of UK, French

and Spanish pharmaceutical companies and has seen massive changes within the industry in the last quarter of a century and beyond. As well working for Forte, he recently got into free range chicken production for Waitrose through Moy Park on his farm near Omagh and feeds a number of beef cattle and lambs for the local butchery trade. In his spare time he reads mostly spy and detective novels by modern authors like John le Carre and Peter James.

Natasha joined Forte Healthcare in June 2025 and is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales across the Leinster region. She brings a wealth of experience in sales and account management with a strong background across the small animal, large animal, and equine sectors. She has built strong, trusted relationships throughout the veterinary and animal health industry, making her a fantastic addition to the team.

Based in Wicklow, Natasha enjoys countryside living with her two dogs and two cats. A keen traveller, she loves exploring new places whenever the opportunity arises.

Niall joined Forte Healthcare in March 2026 and is a BSc Agricultural Science graduate with previous experience in animal health sales with Chanelle Pharm and Bimeda, as well as technical product support across Ireland. He is passionate about agriculture, customer relationships and driving commercial performance.

In his spare time, he enjoys farming on his home farm in Co. Sligo and playing GAA with his local club St.Patricks.

Mariusz joined the Forte Healthcare team in November 2025. He has over 18 years’ experience in sales and commercial team leadership, gained across fast-paced and competitive business environments. He blends strong analytical thinking with an openness to innovation, helping drive projects forward and build lasting client relationships.

Outside of work, Mariusz is passionate about basketball, photography, automotive culture and modern technology. He lives in Katowice with his wife and daughter, and enjoys spending active, quality time with them.

Bogumił joined the Forte Healthcare team in March 2012 and has become one of the company’s longest-serving and most valued team members. Based in Poland, he is an experienced veterinary surgeon with extensive clinical and industry expertise.

Working closely with veterinary practices across Poland, Bogumił provides expert technical guidance and product support, helping customers select the most appropriate animal health solutions for their patients. He is recognised for his scientific knowledge, professionalism and trusted relationships within the veterinary community.

Outside of work, Bogumił enjoys a quieter pace of life and has a keen interest in geology, spending time collecting rocks and minerals. He values time with his family and enjoys the opportunity to relax and recharge away from work.

MAGDALENA WOJTURSKA

TERRITORY MANAGER, POLAND

Magdalena joined the Forte Healthcare team in July 2026 and is based in Poland. She brings more than 12 years of experience in sales and management, including six years working within the Polish veterinary market.

A qualified physiotherapist and graduate of the Medical University of Łódź, Magdalena combines a strong clinical understanding with extensive commercial expertise. She is passionate about building customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships and delivering practical solutions that support the veterinary profession.

Outside of work, Magdalena enjoys an active lifestyle and has a passion for music, dance and gardening. She values spending time with her family and their energetic spaniel, Loki.
