The transition from Dentisept to Dentihex was driven by regulatory and customer requirements across several European markets. The new name better reflects the product’s active ingredient, 0.2% chlorhexidine, while supporting consistency across international markets. The rebrand also aligns with Livisto’s ongoing commitment to innovation, quality and customer confidence. Importantly, only the name and packaging have changed. The product formulation, application method and clinical benefits remain exactly the same.

What is Dentihex?

Dentihex is a vanilla-flavoured adhesive oral paste containing 0.2% chlorhexidine, developed specifically for use in dogs and cats. Designed to support both the prevention and management of periodontal disease, Dentihex offers a simple, effective solution for maintaining oral health without the need for tooth brushing.
