Last week, as we approached International Women’s Day, we took the opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the women who help shape Forte Healthcare every day. Across our teams, women represent 54% of our workforce and hold 40% of leadership roles, a figure that exceeds many benchmarks across global corporate and life sciences sectors.

Throughout the week we highlighted some of the talented women whose expertise, leadership and dedication support our customers, partners and colleagues across the business.

Among these are several leaders who play key roles across Forte Healthcare:

Dr Lucy Chadwick MVB ACIM CMktr GPCert(B&PS) MRCVS, Global Partnerships Manager and Head of Technical Services, whose work supports collaboration and technical excellence across our global network.

Kirsty McCann DipVN, Equine Nutritional Manager, who brings deep veterinary nursing expertise and insight into equine nutrition and welfare.

Mosun Akinla, Head of Finance, who leads financial strategy and ensures the strong foundations that support our continued growth.

Katie Oxby, Regional Sales Manager for the South of England, and Barbara Campbell, Regional Sales Manager for the North of England, who both work closely with veterinary practices and partners across their regions.

We also recognised the contributions of colleagues across our wider teams, including Marketa Drdlikova, Logistics and Accounts Support, and Kristina Marjanovic, Regulatory Affairs Specialist and GMP Manager. Each plays an important role in the daily work that supports our customers and the animal health sector.

To mark the occasion, colleagues at head office also came together to recognise the expertise and dedication women bring across Forte Healthcare.

International Women’s Day offers an important moment to recognise progress, but also to continue building environments where leadership, opportunity and expertise are supported across every level of our organisation.
